Every program I run starts with the data: who to reach, when, and what moves them. I build segmentation, lifecycle automation, and full-funnel campaigns across email, SMS, social media, e-commerce, display, and OOH, then optimize against what the numbers show.

Email and lifecycle marketing are the spine of my work: trigger logic, workflow design, and automation that scales. Deliverability is the technical differentiator: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP warming, and reputation management that hold inbox placement above 98%. Over a billion messages delivered.
